\nProposal portfolio holder to:
\n1. To take note of the Principle Request Fishing Adventure dated 9 October 2015 (attached) and agree to
\nagree with the frameworks and conclusions contained therein and include them in the
\noperating agreement and zoning plan development;
\n2. Proceed with the drafting of an operating agreement with Fishing Adventure Rutbekerveld B.V.
\nt.b.v. to recover municipal costs associated with facilitating the development;
\n3. Grant planning permission for the development of a commercial sport fishing business (Fishing
\nAdventure) at the Rutbekerveld sand extraction site and having the
\nrequired revision of the zoning plan.
\nKey message:
\nThe municipality of Enschede will cooperate in the realisation of a commercial sport fishing business.
\nFishing Adventure Rutbekerveld B.V. wants to operate on the site of the Rutbekerveld sand extraction site along the N18
\nrealise a fishing lake between Enschede and Haaksbergen with associated facilities such as catering, boats and
\njetties. A diverse fish stock will be stocked in the fishing lake including larger fish such as
\ncatfish, increasing in length to more than 2 metres. These can then be kept in a natural environment
\ncaptured. Fishing Adventure's initiative does not fit into the current zoning plan. The municipality will to
\nto allow the desired activities, a new zoning plan must be adopted. The college of
