Fishing Adventure and the owner of the Rutbekerveld can never be held liable and do not accept liability in case of damage, accidents, theft, destruction, injury, death, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 2<\/h3>\n<p>Only walking pace is allowed on the grounds and in the car park.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 3<\/h3>\n<p>After 10.15pm, the gate giving access to Fishing Adventure will NOT be opened unless there is an emergency.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 4<\/h3>\n<p>Upon arrival, each angler should register at the Fishing Adventure Fishing Cafe (first park the car in the car park and then follow the signs to the reception).<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 5<\/h3>\n<p>Upon registration, You must register on the Fishing Adventure group app. This App is only used for announcements from Fishing Adventure, such as a boating ban due to bad weather conditions. This App is not intended for mutual communication about catches and the like.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 6<\/h3>\n<p>Rutbekerveld is a deep water (up to 20 metres). These fish should be approached with care. Fishing Adventure BV and the owner of the Rutbekerveld can not be held responsible for accidents caused by these large fish. Each angler remains responsible for his or her own safety at all times.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 8<\/h3>\n<p>Swimming is not allowed in Rutbekerveld. Because of the great depth and temperature differences, swimming in Rutbekerveld is life-threatening.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 9<\/h3>\n<p>The land and water behind the marker\/peninsulas on the western side of Rutbekerveld is protected nature reserve and should never be entered, neither on foot nor by boat. Deepening work is being carried out here which could lead to very dangerous situations. Persons who nevertheless enter or navigate this area or the water behind the partition may be removed from Rutbekerveld without refund of monies already paid. Monies still to be paid in such a case must still be paid.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 10<\/h3>\n<p>Quietness is paramount at Fishing Adventure. Electric bite alarms should be set to the lowest volume. Loud music and abuse of alcohol and\/or drugs are strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 11<\/h3>\n<p>Only the use of electric motors is allowed, petrol and diesel engines are prohibited.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 12<\/h3>\n<p>All rubbish should be deposited in the bins provided on the swim or collected in a rubbish bag and taken away after the fishing session. Bringing your own baitfish is strictly forbidden because of the risk of fish diseases.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 49<\/h3>\n<p>In case of theft or attempted theft of fish and\/or deliberate damage to our property, we always involve the police.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 50<\/h3>\n<p>You are not allowed to receive visitors on Your swim without prior permission from Fishing Adventure.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 51<\/h3>\n<p>Violation of these rules may result in You having to leave the premises, even if Your fishing session has not yet ended. This without refunding any monies already paid Unpaid amounts will still remain due to Fishing Adventure.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 52<\/h3>\n<p>You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days after booking. After this, if you cancel, you will be charged the full amount and there will be no refund. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 53<\/h3>\n<p>In all cases, where these regulations do not provide or where there is doubt about interpretation or meaning, Fishing Adventure decides, this decision is binding<\/p>\n<h3>Rule 54<\/h3>\n<p>By entering the premises you are deemed to be aware of the rules and conditions.
